Open positions

QC Technician

Primary job function is to support and assist the Quality Assurance Manager to obtain department goals and responsibilities. Ability to work independently on routine work, minimal direction required on new assignments. Tasks may require operation of various types of production equipment such as light microscopes, Sonoscan and application systems. Supports all applicable regulations including but not limited to industry standards, customer specific and ISO requirements.

Process Engineer - Wafer Fabrication

Under the supervision of the Wafer Fabrication Process & R & D Manager, the Process Engineer for the Wafer Fabrication Department will oversee the daily operation for wafer production in diffusion, metal, photolithography and post fab (die preparation) for a boutique semiconductor manufacturer. The position requires an individual with the knowledge to assist operators and provide guidance on assigned projects.

Wire Bonder

A full-time position under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Wire Bonder meticulously follows Drawings and Work Instructions to securely attach the proper wires in the correct positions in specified package types. To do this, they use a West Bond 45xx, K/S, Unitek or F&K bonding machine and its associated stereo-zoom microscope. Bond schedules are all controlled within specified limits while the wires are positioned exactly per the drawing. This job requires average training and experience and specialized knowledge as well as a steady hand and high degree of hand-eye coordination.

Die Mounter

A full-time position under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Die Mounter meticulously follows Drawings and Work Instructions to securely attach the proper silicon chips in the correct positions in specified package types. To do this, they use a West Bond 7327 or similar tool and its associated stereo-zoom microscope. Force, scrub cycle, gas flow rate, collet choice, temperature and time are all controlled within specified limits while the die are positioned exactly per the drawing. This job requires a great deal of training and experience and specialized knowledge as well as a steady hand and high degree of hand-eye coordination.

RF Tester

An RF Tester meticulously follows test procedures to assure all parts and components meet customer requirements. An RF test bench is used to perform these procedures and the tester must be familiar with RF power meters, computers, oscilloscopes, millimeters, power supplies, signal generators, phase shifters, attenuators, torque screwdrivers, stereo-zoom microscopes etc. In addition to testing, parts must be “tuned” by the careful manipulation of bonding wires. This job requires training and specialized knowledge as well as a steady hand and a high degree of hand-eye coordination.

Quality Assurance Technical Assistant

Full time position working with Quality Assurance Manager to continuously improve company’s quality focus including incoming raw materials, production assembly procedures and outgoing product shipments.

Assembly Process Engineer
