IGNP1011L2400 is a 50-Ohm matched, GaN based pulsed power module for L-band avionics systems operating in the 1.03-1.09 GHz instantaneous frequency band. This module supplies a minimum of 2400W of peak pulsed output power under the conditions of ELM Mode S pulse burst conditions. All units are 100% screened for large signal RF parameters.
