IGNP1214M1200 is a 50-Ohm matched GaN based pulsed power module (aka pallet) for L-Band radar systems operating in the 1.20-1.40 GHz instantaneous frequency band. This module supplies a minimum of 1200W of peak pulsed output power under the conditions of 100µs pulse width and 10% duty cycle. All units are 100% screened for large signal RF parameters.
